Special Services for Families:

Planning in advance is important when preparing for college. Financial aid is intended to supplement, not replace, a family's resources. Colleges, government agencies, and special programs that award aid expect you and your family to contribute as much as possible toward college costs.

Wartburg offers financial aid estimates for students who apply and are accepted before December 1 of their senior year in high school.

Members of the Wartburg Financial Aid staff are happy to discuss your questions and concerns about financial aid. Students and parents should call in advance to arrange an appointment. Our goal is to assist in making your investment in the Wartburg College experience a reality.

Monthly Tuition Payment Plan
Wartburg College realizes that educational expenses are easier to budget when spread over monthly payments, without interest. The Monthly Tuition Payment Plan, offered through the college, allows you to meet all or part of Wartburg’s academic year expenses in 10, 9, or 8 equal monthly payments. No interest will be charged on the payment plan amount for the duration of the payment period.
