Put computer on standby or turn it off whenever possible. It helps extend the computer’s life as well as increase performance.
Unplug appliances whenever possible. This prevents a possible fire hazard plus saves energy.
Turn off lights when not using. Don’t use energy when natural lighting will suffice.
Turn water off while brushing teeth or shaving. This can save 1-2 gallons a minute.
