Majors & Endorsements
Elementary education majors earn a K-8 license with an endorsement in their selected area.  Secondary education majors earn a 5-12 license in their major and endorsements.  Iowa licensure leads to licensure or certification in other states.

Time in the Classroom
Wartburg education majors go into school classrooms during their first year, spending a minimum of 25 hours in teaching activities. Before graduation, you will be required to complete a 25-hour experience in a cultural setting significantly different from your own.
