Table Tents
Table tents are available in the Mensa, Konditorei, and Den-Rittersaal for campus groups to use in promoting their organization or event. Organizations will need to contact Dining Services at 352-8303 prior to their event to reserve the table tents (first come, first served). The flyers must be the correct size (4"x 8") or they will not be posted. A total of 75 one-sided flyers will be needed to fill table tents in the Mensa, Konditorei, and Den-Rittersaal. All flyers will be posted two days prior to the event and will be taken down the morning after. Free laying flyers will not be allowed and will be removed immediately.

Bulletin Board
Several bulletin boards are available for campus groups to use in promoting their organization or event in the Student Center:

First Floor Foyer - open to any student organization on campus
Second Floor Mensa Hallway - maintained by ETK, should contact them before using
Mensa - maintained by Dining Services, not available to student organizations

Annual Survey
Dining customer surveys are conducted each year. This gives students an opportunity to rate dining services and to give menu and service suggestions. This information is then used as new menu items and dining concepts are developed.
