Let Wartburg help
you plan your next event! Serviced events, delivery and take-out
services (pick up) are available. Room and event reservations
for both on and off campus groups are made through the Event and
Scheduling Coordinator's office, 319-352-8286. On-campus organizations wishing
to charge their account need their organization name, 12-digit
account number, and a contact person along with the delivery destination
and delivery/pick-up times.
Catering Policies
A guaranteed number
is required 2 business days prior to the event. the timing will
be reviewed with you when you plan your event.
Menus and services will be planned to meet your group needs. Prices are determined by menu, services provided, event timing and event locations.
To help you handle last minute
needs, Dining Services prepares and sets for 5% or 10 people above
the guaranteed number (whichever is less) and will charge for
either the guaranteed number or actual number of guests, whichever
is greater.
