Mike Dilbeck, founder and president of the Response Ability Project in Chicago, will discuss bystander intervention and heroism. Since its launch in 2008, the Response Ability Project has become one of the most powerful educational initiatives on bystander behavior. It was created initially for college students but now has a component for the general public called the Every Day Hero Campaign.

Bill Bolster
retired as president of CNBC in 2003. He was chairman and CEO in 2001. Under his leadership, CNBC became a global leader in business news, expanding overseas with CNBC Europe and CNBC Asia Pacific. Bolster began his career in 1965 as an announcer and salesman at KDTH radio in Dubuque. He spent six years (1977-83) as vice president and general manager of Waterloo’s NBC affiliate, KWWL, before moving up the corporate ladder.

Nataly Kelly
is vice president of market development for Smartling, a cloud-based enterprise translation management company. A 2006 Wartburg alumna, she has formally studied seven languages and is a former Fulbright Scholar in sociolinguistics. She has authored two books about language and interpreting.
