We offer a variety of services designed to promote access to Wartburg’s top quality students and academic programs. Through use of our web-based services and resources, participation in our career fairs and other events, and targeted campus outreach, you can develop a customized approach to Wartburg College that will successfully support your recruiting efforts.

On-Campus Recruiting
Career Services and The Center for Community Engagement (Intenships) coordinate on-campus recruiting for full-time, part-time and internship positions. To get started, complete the On-Campus recruiting Form and we’ll contact you via email.

Post Jobs & Internships on KnightLink
Enter your job and internship listings here without a charge. Job listings are available online via our password-protected KnightLink site exclusively for Wartburg students and alumni.

You may also list your positions at multiple schools for a nominal fee. The Wartburg College KnightLink system is part of the NACElink Network, a new collaboration bringing together the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), Direct Employers Association and Symplicity Corporation, an advanced technology provider for higher education and government. The Network significantly increases the number of colleges and universities available to employers, both on the regional and national level.

Information Sessions / Information Tables (Student Center)
Hosting a session allows you to promote your organization and opportunities and meet prospective candidates prior to upcoming campus interviews or other recruiting-related activities. You can schedule an information session in KnightLink, our internet based career management system.

Prior to scheduling your events, consider your timing and advertising options, and coordinate the date of the information session with your other campus activities, such as career fairs, on-campus recruiting interview dates, and student events. Contact us to help select dates that best suit your hiring needs.

Meetings with Faculty, Coaches and Staff
Companies wanting to meet with faculty, coaches, and staff members should contact us by email or call us at (319) 352-8615.

Resume Collection Service
If you are not able to come to campus to interview, we provide resume collection services. We will be happy to advertise your job/internship postings to our students, and then collect resumes to forward to you. If you prefer, we can also have our students submit their application materials directly to you. Complete the Resume Collection Service request form and we will then confirm your information via email and provide further instructions.

Recruitment Policies
Career Services subscribes to and makes every effort to comply with the National Association of Colleges and Employers Principles for Professional Conduct. Each organization is expected to do likewise. All Wartburg students have access to this information before campus interviews begin. Upon request, companies may also receive copies of these principles. Guidelines

Alcohol Policy: Career Services adheres to the NACE policy, which states that serving alcohol should not be part of the recruitment process. Therefore, all recruiting activity regardless of its location should be alcohol-free. Should a company choose to serve alcohol (in violation of this policy), the company assumes complete liability and agrees to indemnify Career Services and Wartburg College for any misconduct or negligence.

Individuals With Disabilities: Career Services is committed to ensuring that all students, faculty, and employers are afforded every opportunity to participate in the activities offered by this office. If, due to a disability, you require accommodation to utilize our services, please contact this office to let us know how we can assist you.
