• Resume (focus on skill sets required for the position)
• Letter of Recommendation Forms
  • Generic Letter of Recommendation (296 KB)
    (may use organization letterhead)
  • Music Education Recommendation
    (use school/organization letterhead)
  • Student Teaching Recommendation
    (use school/organization letterhead)
• Philosophy of Education Statement (292 KB) (optional)
• Academic Record (303 KB) (optional)
  • Wartburg Plan of Essential Education
  • Old Wartburg Plan (Before Fall 2000)
• Official Transcript from Registrar's Office

NOTES: All files are intended for high quality printing and may take a while to download. Credential Files will be stored at Wartburg College for 10 years from the last day of use or the addition of new material(s).  After 10 years, the file will be destroyed.
