"Over
the last 20 years, there has been a huge change in the growing secularism
of American church-related colleges, said William Hamm, 66,
Hon.D. 86. Hamm is President of the Foundation for Independent
Higher Education in Washington, D.C.
Wartburg intertwines a vibrant faith commitment with a fine
liberal arts program. The fact that its been preserved is
an enormous asset, not just for Wartburg and Wartburg people, but
for society as a whole. As a Wartburg alum, I view it as a responsibility
to donate and provide the same opportunities for the next generation. |
