Supply of any medicines you need. Pepto-Bismol, Imodium AD,
(your choice of pain Med: Aspirin/Tylenol/Advil), decongestants,
powder, personal toiletries...including soap on-a-rope, shampoo,
toothpaste, Dramamine (anti-nausea), anti-itch cream (hydrocortisone),
any DEET (5% or greater) containing insect repellent (Off, Skin
So Soft work also, pump spray works best), a few big & small
band aids

Sun block - 2 rolls of toilet paper.
