Wartburg College only issues official transcripts on security paper in a sealed envelope.

To request an official transcript, please complete this form, print, and submit with payment to the Office of the Registrar.  Your signature is required for the release of an official transcript.

NOTE:  All financial obligations must be cleared and/or loan exit interviews must be completed prior to processing your request.  Transcript requests will be returned to you if we are unable to process your request upon receipt.

Send Transcript:
Now. Allow 2 working days for processing, plus more time during enrollment periods or at end of term.
Hold for grades at end of term. Allow two weeks for processing.
Hold for degree. Allow 3+ weeks for processing.
Hold for pickup.  Transcripts not picked up within 30 days of request will be destroyed.

Requests submitted though e-mail must be scanned copies of the Transcript Request form and include your signature.  E-mail requests will be billed at the $5.00 per transcript fee.  The request will not be processed unless a billing address is provided.
