Online registration empowers students
to be proactive in their enrollment and is available from any computer
(on- or off-campus) through my.wartburg.edu during the registration dates for each
students classification. To be authorized for online registration,
each student must meet with their advisor to discuss and receive
approval of their proposed schedule. Students can access the course
search and other functions at any time for planning and reviewing
of data. Only the online registration process has a limited time
frame for accessibility.
The Registrar’s Office is
available during registration dates from
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to respond to issues and concerns.
In preparation for online registration, students need to verify that they have met
or are currently enrolled at Wartburg in the pre-requisites for any course for which they plan to register.
Some restricted
courses are not available for online registration. Each student
needs to review restricted courses to identify courses which will require onsite
registration.
If the online registration program
prevents a student from registering for a course, the student must
bring their signed registration grid to the Registrar’s Office
and the staff will help the student complete their registration.
If the online registration program prevents a student from registering
for more than one course per term, the student will need to complete
an onsite registration form and submit
it to the Registrar’s Office for entry. The advisor must sign
both the online and onsite registration forms. |
