More than 500 on Winter, May Dean’s List

WAVERLY, Iowa — The Wartburg College Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs has released the 2008 Winter Term and May Term Dean’s List.

To be placed on the Dean’s List for Winter and May terms, a student must earn a 3.5 grade point (on a 4.0 scale) in at least five course credits during the two terms. Four of the five course credits must be graded with a traditional letter grade.

Wartburg in Waverly, Iowa, is a four-year, selective liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and is nationally recognized for community engagement. The college enrolls 1,810 students from 24 U.S. states and 43 countries. Its top five majors in terms of student enrollment are business administration, biology, communication arts, elementary education and music education.
