Country music artist Brett Eldredge, the 2014 CMA New Artist of the Year, will perform at Wartburg College on Tuesday, Oct. 4. The concert will begin at 8 p.m. in Levick Arena, inside the Wartburg-Waverly Sports & Wellness Center, and features singer Brett Young as the opening act.

Tickets are on sale now for $20 each at http://bit.ly/EldredgeConcert. Tickets also may be purchased at Wartburg’s Ticket Office on the first floor of the Saemann Student Center, from 10 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday, or by calling 319-352-8691 during those hours.

Doors will open at 7 p.m. Oct. 4. All seats are general admission. Go to https://www.wartburg.edu/parking/ for a map of campus and visitor parking.

  • Eldredge’s debut album, “Bring You Back,” yielded three No. 1 hits — “Don’t Ya,” “Mean to Me” and “Beat of the Music.” His sophomore album, “Illinois,” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Album Chart and No. 3 on the all-genre Billboard 200 Album Chart. The record already has produced two No. 1 singles, “Lose My Mind” and “Drunk on Your Love.”

    Most recently, Eldredge was a nominee for the 2016 ACM Awards Male Vocalist of the Year.

    The first single off Young’s self-titled debut album is “Sleep Without You.”
